Sam Reising is a product manager, marketer, and composer based in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Music in music theory & composition from NYU Steinhardt, where he studied with Ezequiel Viñao. He is the Grantmaking and Social Media Manager for New Music USA and also works as a writer, contributing reviews and essays about new music to I Care If You Listen while offering his own take on marketing for small, nonprofit arts organizations on his blog.

While at NYU, Sam founded the Dynamic Music Festival. Sam’s music has been performed by Fear No Music, Pulsing & Shaking, the Dynamic Music Festival, the Vox Temporum series at Spectrum, the Youth Movement Collective, Cascadia Composers, the NYU Percussion Ensemble, NYU First Stages, NYU Mix Nouveau, and the Grant High School Royal Blues.
